South Africa Spring – Rooibos (Roy-Boss) translated to “red bush” is hand-picked thin leaves that are blended with vanilla beans, citrus, and blue flowers to create this wonderful caffeine-free sensation that is equally good cold.  A late night favorite.

Steep in 12 ounces of water for 5 minutes.  Discard tea ball and enjoy.

Choco Chait Latte – A caffeine-free tea specially blended sultry spices and rich spiced black Rooibos for a decadent cup of bliss. Empty the spice rack: cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, and vanilla.  We throw in some dark chocolate for a surprise.

Special instructions: brew one tea ball per 8 oz. cup.  Pour 2/3 cup boiling water over the tea ball.  Steep 5 minutes.  Remove tea ball.  Add 1/3 cup heated or frothed milk and 1 teaspoon of sugar per cup.

Energy – From the caffeine laden leaves of the evergreen organic rain forest shrub (which can grow up to be a 49 foot tree if not pruned annually) known as Yerba Mate comes this rush of energy you need during busy days.  Known as The Drink of the Gods throughout Latin America this stimulating revitalizing social drink is always perfect for after work gatherings.  Many friends have noticed there is no “crash” that typically accompanies coffee.

Steep at 212° 5 minutes. /2-3 Infusions (Some choose to steep only 1 minute per infusion for up to ten infusions.)
